Kiddusch cups

“The Kiddusch Cups” is a collection of Jewish drinking vessels which are traditionally used only in religious holidays. The cups are a reinterpretation from a European perspective, using the idea of mixing two cultures to create a new object.

The form of the vessel is inspired by traditional African water jugs and the stem from a classical wine glass.

The objects are cast in porcelaine from a mold, glazed in white and golden on the inside.
